The HealthCentral Network Names Peter A. Horn
Chief Revenue Officer

Arlington, VA — The HealthCentral Network, Inc. (www.HealthCentral.com) announced today that Peter A. Horn has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Horn is responsible for all sales, advertising operations, sales marketing, trade marketing, and customer service functions for the company. He also oversees the development, execution, and production of all the company’s revenue streams and will be leading HealthCentral’s ad relationship with IAC/InterActiveCorp (NYSE: IACI).

Horn brings an extensive background in digital media strategy, having had 12 years of experience in interactive media sales at such firms as Microsoft, The Weather Channel, and CBS Sportsline. Prior to joining HealthCentral, he served as one of the top performing regional sales leads at Microsoft. During his seven-year tenure at Microsoft, Horn led sales teams that consistently achieved record year-over-year revenue growth and also helped build the East Region for the Account Services Group through a series of categories including health.

Before joining Microsoft, Horn co-founded and served as Executive Vice President of HoopsTV, a multimedia basketball entertainment company. At HoopsTV he was responsible for developing and overseeing the national offline and online sales strategy and sales team.

At CBS Sportsline and The Weather Channel, Horn developed and managed online sales strategies and consistently led award-winning teams which delivered successful, targeted and creative solutions for his clients, which included Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson among other top brands.
